Delete Your Civix IQ Account and Personal Data
You can request deletion of your Civix IQ account and the personal data we store about you at any time.
What data can be deleted
When you request deletion, we will remove:
- Your Civix IQ account
- Your email address
- Your name (if you provided one)
- Your Civix IQ profile and related app data stored in our database
What may be retained
We may retain limited, non-personal technical logs (for example, error logs or aggregated analytics) as needed to maintain the security and stability of our services. These logs do not contain your name or email address.
How to request deletion

How long deletion takes
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of confirming your identity, and usually much sooner.
